In the practice of forest therapy, I guide you through a walking experience to reconnect with nature. This is not a hike, but rather a chance to slow down and truly open your senses and connect to the world around you. We begin each walk with a sensory awareness meditation followed by invitations to use your senses to notice the world around you.
I am not a naturalist, so we do not focus on particular plants, insects or other beings. Instead we focus on truly being present and the beautiful dance we share with Mother Earth.

Each walk/nature experience is approximately 2 hours. Most of my walks are at Char Mar Ridge Park, but any location can be considered with enough lead time.
Cost is $50/person

Suggested group size is 4-10 people. Other group sizes can be discussed.
In the event of inclimate weather, a refund will not be issued but a new date for the walk will be scheduled. If for any reason a participant who has paid for a walk is not able to attend, in lieu of a refund, a credit will be given toward a future walk.
